The Tansox facility in Quanzhou, Fujian operates as a fully integrated flexible packaging plant — no outsourcing of core production processes. Flexographic and gravure printing presses, film lamination lines, bag converting machines and precision slitting lines all operate under one roof.
This consolidation gives Tansox complete control over quality, lead time and traceability at every stage of production.
TANSOX QUANZHOU FACILITY

Flexographic Printing
Multi-colour flexo presses up to 1,750mm web width. Water-based and UV ink systems. Up to 12 colours per run.
Rotogravure Printing
Gravure presses with engraved copper cylinders for photographic-quality long-run printing. Up to 12 colours, up to 200 LPI.
Film Lamination
Solvent-based and solventless lamination lines. Produces PET/AL/PE, BOPP/PE, PA/PE and all major flexible packaging laminate structures.
Bag Converting
High-speed bag converting lines for stand-up pouches, zipper bags, flat bottom bags, sachets and all major flexible bag formats.
Slitting & Rewinding
Precision slitting lines with closed-loop tension control. Master rolls up to 1,750mm slit to minimum 100mm widths.
Quality Control Lab
Seal strength testers (ASTM F88), colour measurement equipment, dimensional inspection gauges and full lot documentation systems.

The Tansox facility is located in Quanzhou, Fujian — a major manufacturing hub in Southeast China with direct access to Xiamen Port and Quanzhou Port. Standard export terms are FOB Xiamen or FOB Quanzhou.
The nearest airports are Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport (JJN) and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN), approximately one hour away.
