Film Preparation
Printed and laminated film reels are loaded, tensioned and registered on the converting line, confirming print-to-cut registration and web alignment before the run starts.
In-house high-speed bag converting for flexible packaging — stand up pouches, zipper bags, flat bottom bags, euro bottom bags, side gusset bags and sample sachets, FOB Xiamen.
Bag converting is the process of transforming printed and laminated flexible film into finished bags. Tansox runs bag converting in-house at Quanzhou, producing six bag formats on high-speed converting lines directly from the laminated and printed film produced upstream at the same facility. All converting lines are set up for rapid format changeover, and quality is inspected at each stage on-line before bags are counted, packed and palletised for shipment.
From laminated film reel to finished, counted bag — every order runs through the same four-stage converting workflow at Quanzhou.
Printed and laminated film reels are loaded, tensioned and registered on the converting line, confirming print-to-cut registration and web alignment before the run starts.
The film is shaped to the target bag format by folding and gusseting tooling, then heat-sealed at the bottom, sides and — where applicable — gusset panels. Zipper profiles are inserted and sealed in-line.
The formed web is cut to the finished bag length. Notches, hole punches, hanging holes and tear notches are applied in-line at this stage per specification.
Finished bags are counted, stacked and packed into shipping cartons. Vision inspection is applied at the counter for seal integrity, print registration and overall cosmetic quality.
