Rollstock film — also known as packaging film in reel form — is a continuous web of flexible film wound onto a core, supplied directly to brand owners and contract packers running HFFS or VFFS automatic filling lines. Tansox manufactures custom rollstock in printed and unprinted specifications, covering flat, gusseted, laminated and foil structures, with web widths from 100 mm to 1,750 mm and structures engineered to your barrier, fill and line-speed requirements.

Rollstock film is a continuous reel of printed or unprinted flexible film supplied to brand owners and co-packers who run HFFS (horizontal form-fill-seal) or VFFS (vertical form-fill-seal) automatic packing lines. Tansox supplies rollstock to the exact web width, structure and print specification required by your filling equipment.
HFFS rollstock runs horizontally through the machine and is typically used for sachets and pillow packs. VFFS rollstock runs vertically and is common for stand-up bags and back-seal pouches. Tansox produces both — web width and reel tension specs are confirmed with your equipment requirements before production.
Yes. Tansox prints rollstock via flexographic or gravure press, up to 12 colours, Pantone-matched. Printed rollstock is supplied with colour-proof approval before the production run.
