Packaging film — also known as laminated film or flexible film — is a single- or multi-layer material supplied in reel or sheet form for use in pouches, bags, rollstock and overwrap applications. Tansox manufactures custom packaging film in laminated, shrink, metallized, matte and high-barrier structures, with web widths from 100 mm to 1,750 mm and gauge specifications engineered to your OTR, WVTR and print requirements.

Tansox manufactures laminated film, shrink film, metallized film, matte film, clear packaging film and high-barrier film. Structures are built to your specification — web width, layer count, OTR/WVTR targets and print requirements are all confirmed before production.
Laminated film is a multi-layer bonded structure (e.g. PET/AL/PE) engineered for barrier, stiffness and print quality — used for bags, pouches and rollstock. Shrink film is a single or bi-oriented layer (LLDPE or POF) that contracts under heat — used for bundling, overwrap and tamper-evident sealing.
Yes. Tansox prints packaging film via flexographic or gravure press up to 12 colours, then slits to your required web width. Minimum slit width is 100 mm. Film is wound onto 3-inch or 6-inch cores to your specified reel length.
