Eco-Friendly Packaging Manufacturing Process.
How Tansox manufactures flexible packaging responsibly — in-house production, solventless lamination, verified sourcing and waste reduction at our Quanzhou facility.
Tansox Quanzhou · Production Floor
Tansox's eco-friendly manufacturing process is built around a single principle: in-house, end-to-end production under one roof in Quanzhou. By consolidating printing, lamination, bag converting and slitting within one facility, we eliminate inter-factory logistics, reduce energy duplication and maintain full traceability across the production chain. Combined with solventless lamination options, water-based ink capability and active waste reduction programmes, this makes Tansox one of the lower-impact flexible packaging manufacturers operating at scale in Fujian.
Six process commitments, one facility.
Each commitment is active at our Quanzhou plant — observable during a factory visit and verifiable in our quality documentation.
In-House End-to-End Production
Printing, lamination, converting and slitting all under one roof. No outsourced processes, no inter-factory transport in the production chain.
Solventless Lamination
Solventless adhesive systems available across lamination lines — lower VOC emissions and no solvent recovery requirement vs solvent-based systems.
Water-Based Ink Options
Water-based ink systems available on flexographic lines — lower solvent content vs solvent-based alternatives for applicable substrates.
Material Traceability
Full lot-level traceability from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch. Raw material suppliers verified at onboarding.
Waste & Trim Reduction
Production trim, offcut and reject material subject to ongoing reduction programmes and, where possible, reuse or recycling within the facility.
Quality-First Manufacturing
EACC-certified quality management system reduces defect rates — fewer defective units means less material wasted per production run.

Questions buyers ask before quote.
Tansox's process advantage is in-house consolidation — printing, lamination, bag converting and slitting all under one roof in Quanzhou. This eliminates inter-factory transport, reduces energy duplication and enables full traceability. Additional eco process credentials include solventless lamination options, water-based ink capability on flexo lines, EACC-certified quality management (reducing defect-driven material waste) and active trim and waste reduction programmes.
Yes. Solventless lamination is available across Tansox's lamination lines as an alternative to solvent-based systems. Solventless adhesives generate significantly lower VOC emissions and eliminate the need for solvent recovery infrastructure. For hygiene and medical packaging applications where low solvent residual is important, solventless lamination is the recommended process. Confirm at the quotation stage.
Yes. Factory visits are available by appointment at Tansox's Quanzhou, Fujian facility. You can observe printing, lamination, bag converting and quality control operations. Virtual factory tours via video call are also available. Contact our sales team to arrange a visit or virtual tour.
