01 — Overview
Tansox produces pre-production samples and prototypes for all flexible packaging formats before full production orders are placed. Printed samples are produced on real production equipment using the same materials, inks and structures as the full production run — not mock-ups or digitally printed proxies. Unprinted stock samples are available from standard structures within 3–7 working days. Printed samples with custom artwork require 7–15 working days after artwork approval.

Printed pre-production samples take 7–15 working days from the date your artwork is approved. Artwork files (AI, PDF or EPS at 300 dpi minimum) are received, set up for print and a digital colour proof is sent for approval before sample production begins. Allow additional time for international courier delivery after sample dispatch.
Tansox accepts AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF and EPS artwork files at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Colour mode should be CMYK or Pantone spot colours.
