All-PE Structure
MDO-PE / LDPE — fully recyclable in PE streams. Replacing conventional PET/PE laminates without sacrificing barrier.
Manufacturer-direct recyclable packaging for hygiene and personal care brands. Mono-material structures, custom print, FOB Xiamen.
Recyclable packaging is flexible packaging engineered from a single polymer family — or a widely recycled material like PET — so it can be accepted in standard kerbside or industrial recycling streams. Tansox manufactures recyclable flexible packaging including all-PE, all-PP and recyclable PET structures so brands can offer sustainable packaging that fits into existing recycling infrastructure without requiring new consumer behaviours.
Recyclability claims need practical infrastructure, compatible material design and proof that the pack can be processed after use.
Designing for actual collection and processing helps brands move beyond claims and into measurable circularity.
All-PE and all-PP structures reduce material incompatibility, improving the chance of acceptance in target recycling systems.
Clear, verifiable recycling claims help customers understand the end-of-life pathway and support more confident purchasing.
Each structure trades barrier, clarity, stiffness and recycling pathway differently. Tell us your format and shelf-life target — we'll recommend the right one.
MDO-PE / LDPE — fully recyclable in PE streams. Replacing conventional PET/PE laminates without sacrificing barrier.
BOPP / CPP — recyclable in PP streams. Excellent clarity and stiffness for hygiene retail formats.
Single-polymer PET — the most widely recycled plastic. High clarity, strong barrier, accepted globally.
30–50% post-consumer recycled content in PE or PET. Reduces virgin plastic without changing bag performance.
Paper-dominant laminate recyclable in paper streams. Natural aesthetic with moisture barrier for hygiene products.
How2Recycle programme eligible. Third-party verified recyclability for US and EU retail compliance.
Every listed format can be produced in recyclable mono-material or recyclable-content structures — no separate tooling, no separate factory, no separate quote.
Tansox supplies structure-level recyclability documentation for eligible mono-material and recycled-content formats. Certificate scope depends on the selected structure and target market.
Tansox's manufacturing quality management system covering all flexible packaging output, including recyclable mono-material structures.
Structure-level eligibility for US retail recycling labels when the chosen all-PE or all-PP construction meets programme requirements.
European assessment framework for plastic packaging recyclability, supporting EU retail and procurement compliance.
Design-for-recycling alignment with the Association of Plastic Recyclers guide for compatible flexible packaging structures.
All Tansox flexible packaging ships with a BPA-free declaration for hygiene, baby and medical packaging buyers.
No intentionally-added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. Suitable for buyers managing state-level and EU PFAS restrictions.

Established ~1975 in Quanzhou, Fujian. We've evolved from conventional laminates to certified sustainable structures — the production know-how transfers, the substrate doesn't.
Active quality management system covering all flexible packaging output. Every production lot ships with COA and supporting declarations for the selected sustainable structure.
Three Incoterms, two ports, one consolidated container per customer. Sustainable orders ship with the same lead times and freight options as our conventional line.
Recyclable flexible packaging uses a single polymer family (mono-material) — such as all-PE or all-PP — so it can be processed in standard recycling streams. Traditional multi-layer laminates (PET/AL/PE) mix incompatible materials making them unrecyclable. Tansox's mono-material structures are tested and certified to How2Recycle and Recyclass standards confirming recyclability in target markets.
Yes. Tansox produces packaging structures eligible for the How2Recycle programme in the US and equivalent Recyclass certification in the EU. Certification is confirmed at the structure level — our sales team can advise which specific all-PE or all-PP structures carry certification and issue supporting documentation with your sample order.
Standard MOQ for custom-printed recyclable packaging is 10,000 units per SKU. Mono-material structures are available across all standard formats — stand up pouches, zipper bags, flat bottom bags and rollstock film. Unprinted stock may be available from 5,000 units — confirm with the sales team.
